What Area do we cover?

We are based in Bedford, Bedfordshire but cover a large area, if you are outside of our main area please contact us as we may subject to work load be able to arrange delivery.

For large event we may cover a larger area please call for details.

How do I hire an Inflatable?

Once you have looked at our web site and decided on the castle or inflatable you would like, check the size is suitable allowing ample space in your garden / event location. If in doubt please call our office for advise.

Call or email for availability and costs.

What happens when I confirm my booking?

We will confirm price and availability and you can then confirm your booking, a booking/conditions form will be sent.

Delivery is normally between 7am - 12 noon, we will inflate the castle, check everything is safe and ask you to sign or delivery /conditions form. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to set up or collect, if the site is not clear any extra time is chargeable. We cannot take castles through your house.

We need adequate clear access approximate 3 feet wide, large castles or slides may need vehicle access please check.

Power supply within 30 meters, a generator maybe available at cost.

If you have booked a hall or need delivery at different times please arrange at time of booking.

We will collect normally between 5pm - 8pm unless pre arranged.

Deposits

We do not take a deposit, once booked your booking is guaranteed, if you need to cancel please call as early as possible.

Rodeo Bull and large bookings are subject to £100 deposit.

Late or overnight hire

We will need two forms of identification, any damage will be charged.

Overnight or late hires are subject to availability, location and will incur a charge and deposit.

What happens if it rains on the day of my event?

Most Castles have Shower covers.

We do not charge for cancellation prior to delivery, please call as early as possible to cancel if you decide not to have your event.

Large events or Corporate Bookings are subject to a deposit and full payment if cancellation is less than 7 days from event.

Are you insured?

Yes we have public liability insurance a copy is available on request. You are responsible for supervision.

Are the Inflatables clean?

All are castles are clean and regularly replaced, we ask you leave in the condition it was delivered and we will charge for any cleaning, face paints, party poppers damage the plastic.

If you need to clean the inflatable use hot water and washing up liquid, dry well before re using.

Are the inflatables safe?

We operate a safe play policy and consider our inflatable as safe as possible. Safety mats and regular checks keep your hire as safe as play can be.

Are you members of the B.I.H.A

We are no longer  members of the B.I.H.A as the B.I.H.A ltd is not a true trade association and we feel it has no work rules meaning anybody can join with no check on the company or the standard of equipment or working practises.

We operate a play safe policy and insure, service and safety check all equipment to a very high standard.
